WHAT WE ARE NOT

We will assist with explaining medical bills but will not be able to assist with reviewing claims, contacting insurance companies on our client’s behalf or assisting with denials of services.

Our preferred population are adults over the age of 21. We do not discriminate based on ethnic background, gender,  sexual preference, or economic status.

Frequently asked questions.

1. Do you accept health insurance?

Being an independent patient advocate means my allegiance is to the client alone, without influence or limitations by insurance companies or corporations. I accept cash, credit card payments, and balance transfers.

2. What locations do you service?

My range of service is limited to the DMV area. Travel time is billed separately and fairly from my location to yours.

3. Do you work with all ages of patients?

My preference is to work with adults and their families from all walks of life with any health challenges. I will evaluate a pediatric or mental health challenge on a case-by case basis.

4. How do you charge for your services?

Services are billable by an hourly rate. Extended services require a pre-determined retainer.
